My Thoughts on Mel Gibson

I’m sure we’re all asking ourselves, why was he mum on the war issue during the past few years?

The answer is quite simple, since the word discovered that he’s an anti-Semite, his PR firm has worked long hours and found a way to get him back into the mainstream fold by jumping on the anti-war bandwagon.

Mel could say remarks such as “What's human sacrifice” while being part of some catholic cult which yearns for the return of monarchy.

The joke's on who?

Interest rates and gas prices

If the recent drop in oil prices sustains and the fed doesn’t raise rates, I think the real estate market (excluding condos) is in for a soft landing.
However, if the fed feels some inflationary pressure and decides to raise rates, we could expect a hard landing.
