Unleash Japan

Only after WWII did Japan cease to exist as a military world power. Prior to WWII, they kicked some Chinese ass during the Sino-Japanese War followed by some Russian ass kicking during the Russo-Japanese war.

I forgot to mention that they occupied Korea and parts of China after the Sino-Japanese War.

Logically, the only solution to the Korean/China crisis is to unleash Japan.
